Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for studio hire and studio hire with content creation services at Studio Social. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

All bookings must be made via our website or directly with our team.
All services must be paid in full when booked.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card.

No cancellations can be made, rescheduling is available up to 48hrs prior to the start time of your booking.
Credit from rescheduling is available up to 30 days from your original booking date.
No refunds or rescheduling options will be given within 48hrs of your booking.

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive mess caused during your session.
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left unreasonably messy starting from $200.
No illicit substances or illegal activities are permitted.
Please ensure all attendees respect the space, team, and property.

Bookings are made for specific time slots. Early arrivals may not be accommodated.
Set-up, Pack-down and bump-out must occur within your allocated time. Overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

If you have booked content creation services, you agree to collaborate on a clear brief in advance to ensure alignment on deliverables.
All final content will be delivered within 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to use behind-the-scenes content and final visuals for our portfolio, website, or social media.

Studio Social is not responsible for any personal injury, lost items, or damages incurred during your booking.
You are advised to have your own insurance for valuable equipment or commercial use, if required.
